Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QualiFlow platform ("Service") operated by QualiFlow ("QualiFlow," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a binding contract. If you sign up on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. The Service
QualiFlow is a software platform that connects renters with private landlords through listings, profile-based compatibility explanations, and direct messaging. QualiFlow is not a broker, lender, property manager, or party to any rental agreement, and does not screen, approve, deny, or guarantee any tenancy.
3. Accounts & accuracy
You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to facilitate fraud, harassment, or discrimination.
- Post listings or profiles you do not have rights to or that are inaccurate.
- Make rental decisions on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), familial status, or disability, or any other protected class.
- Interfere with the Service's security, scrape it, or attempt to reverse engineer it.
- Submit malware, spam, or large volumes of automated requests.

5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, designs, content, and branding, is owned by QualiFlow and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to host and display it solely to operate the Service.
6. Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
QualiFlow Plus is a one-time payment of $9 that grants 60 days of expanded renter features. There is no auto-renewal. After 60 days the account returns to the Free plan.
7. Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on QualiFlow Plus. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by visiting paddle.net or emailing support@getqualiflow.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QualiFlow's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QualiFlow against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, or repeated policy violations. Upon termination, paid passes are non-refundable beyond the 30-day window above.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware unless your local consumer law provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
